With the SLOW DOWN project, our main aim is to help young folks better understand the effects of stress on health and life as a whole. We’re all about working together in international teams to figure out cool ways to deal with stress, taking into account our unique cultural vibes.
Here’s what’s cooking in our project:
- Social Surveys: National squads are hitting the streets to chat with 300 peeps (50 from each country) about stress’s impact, stress-busting tips, and awesome practices.
- Pre-Meetup Warm-Up: Before our big meetup in Poland, 6 squad leaders will have a two-day jam to prep.
- 10-Day Meeting: A 36-strong squad will gather in Poland for a 10-day knowledge exchange, cooking up some sweet stress-busting practices and campaign material.
- SLOW DOWN” Campaign: We’re launching a “SLOW DOWN” campaign in our own turf, sharing all the cool stuff we’ve brewed up for fighting stress.
The endgame? We’ll whip up a batch of tips and tricks for the youth, focused on stress’s health and life impact, along with our stress-busting methods. We’ll toss it all onto an English website and sprinkle recommendations, videos, and QR-coded stickers across our social media.
Oh, and by the way, the project’s got the European Union’s seal of approval through Erasmus+ funding! ?✌️
